1. Contacting Us
If you contact us via a form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six (6) months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
2. Data Storage and Contract Processing (Webshop)
We wish to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the subsequent fulfillment of the contract, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection holder via cookies as well as the name, address, and credit card number of the buyer.
Furthermore, for the purpose of contract fulfillment, the following data is also stored by us. The data you provide is required for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you.
Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax law obligations.
After the shopping process has been aborted, the data stored by us is deleted. In the event that a contract is concluded, all data arising from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory tax retention period (7 years). The data regarding name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase will additionally be stored until the expiration of the product liability period (10 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96(3) of the TKG (Telecommunications Act) as well as Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
3. Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device via your browser. They do not cause any harm.
We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
